Refund and Returns Policy

At MyHealthyGreenChoices, we stand by the quality of our products. If you’re unsatisfied, we’ll make it right—responsibly.

  1. Eligibility
    Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
    Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
    Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
  2. How to Initiate a Return
    Contact Us: Reach out via [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
    Return Authorization: We’ll provide a return address and instructions.
    Ship Back: Mail the product(s) via a tracked method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  3. Refund Process
    Processing Time: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your return.
    Deductions: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Restocking fees may apply for damaged or incomplete returns.
  4. Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
    Opened consumables (e.g., Harmony Multivitamin Gummies, Green Vitality Daily Boost).
    Personalized bundles (e.g., Ultimate Wellness Bundle).
    Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).
  5. Exchanges
    We currently offer refunds only. To “exchange” a product, return the original item and place a new order.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items
    Report Immediately: Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    Resolution: We’ll ship a replacement free of charge or issue a refund. Photo proof may be required.
  7. Sustainability Note
    Eco-Friendly Disposal: If you receive a non-returnable item you can’t use (e.g., due to allergies), we encourage donating it locally or composting plant-based products.
  8. Exceptions
    Perishables: Temperature-sensitive items (e.g., Gut Guardian Probiotic) must be returned with ice packs if resealable.
    Subscription Orders: Cancellations follow the terms outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
